We are defined by the values that Manmeet lived by; seva, integrity, teamwork, humility, and creativity.
Our story
Started by Manmeet's parents, Baljinder and Sukhvir, wife Namrita, and siblings Tarjinder and Appy, with the unwavering support of family and friends, the Manmeet Singh Bhullar Foundation is our way of honouring a much beloved and missed son, husband, brother, and friend.
Manmeet's work, whether as a youth, adult, community member or a politician, was about helping others. That simple principle is what led us to create the Manmeet Singh Bhullar Foundation. The way he lived his life serves as a guide for how we want to work with organizations, communities and individuals to make a positive contribution in his memory.
Manmeet always championed the success of young people, wanted to give voice and power to issues in our society to erase stigma, recognized the profound responsibility we all have to give back to the community, city, province, and country, that gives us so much opportunity.
His commitment to seva and equality, both core principles in the Sikh faith, were something he was immensely proud of and he wanted to share the importance of these concepts as often and with as many people as he could.
Manmeet believed that his personal success was a direct result of the collective efforts and support he received from his family and friends. Just as others championed his work, he was a champion of others doing amazing work. We know that as a foundation, we too will only find success by working alongside our generous donors, partners and community members, and champions.
